Ashiana Housing Ltd. has entered into a strategic partnership with Epoch Elder Care to strengthen assisted living and specialised senior care services at Ashiana Care Homes in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Ashiana Housing, a listed real estate developer known for its senior living communities, said the collaboration combines its experience in developing purpose-built senior living infrastructure with Epoch Elder Care’s expertise in operating assisted living and dementia care facilities.
Under the partnership, Epoch Elder Care will assume full operational responsibility for the 48-bed assisted living facility at Ashiana Care Homes, Bhiwadi. The organisation will implement its clinical care protocols and person-centred care model to provide structured medical and non-medical support for seniors living with progressive and chronic health conditions.
Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Ashiana Housing Ltd., said the assisted living segment in India is evolving as seniors require more specialised support. He added that the partnership is aimed at delivering professional and compassionate care while upholding dignity and independence for residents.
Neha Sinha, CEO and Co-founder of Epoch Elder Care, said the partnership reflects a shared vision of combining clinical expertise with a residential environment that supports seniors’ quality of life.
The care home follows a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) model, integrating active living and assisted living within the same campus, allowing residents to transition as their care needs change over time.
According to the companies, the facility will offer specialised care for conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, palliative care needs, mental health conditions, and post-hospital recovery. The centre will have round-the-clock nursing staff, emergency response systems, and access to visiting medical specialists.
The facility is open to individuals aged 55 and above and offers rental-based assisted living plans, subject to medical assessment.
Ashiana Housing, established in 1979 and headquartered in New Delhi, has developed residential communities across several Indian cities, with a strong focus on senior living projects.
