NODWIN Gaming on Tuesday announced that Gurugram will join Comic Con India’s multi-city circuit, with the city set to host its first-ever edition of the pop culture festival on March 14–15, 2026.
The two-day event, presented by Maruti Suzuki Arena and powered by Crunchyroll, will be held at the Gymkhana Club grounds in Sector 29. Organisers said the expansion builds on the continued popularity of Comic Con events in the National Capital Region, particularly in Delhi.
Comic Con India said Gurugram has emerged as a strong hub for young audiences engaged with comics, anime, gaming and digital fandoms, alongside a growing community of Indian creators and pop culture enthusiasts.
Shefali Johnson, CEO, Comic Con India, said the event aims to create a dedicated platform for Gurugram’s fan communities, allowing them to celebrate their interests closer to home.
Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and Managing Director, NODWIN Gaming, said the company has observed consistent participation from Gurugram-based fans at other Comic Con events and sees the city as a natural extension of the festival’s footprint.
The organisers said the Gurugram edition will feature comics, anime, cosplay, gaming zones, merchandise stalls and fan interactions. Dedicated gaming arenas by NODWIN Gaming and experience zones by Maruti Suzuki Arena and Crunchyroll are also planned. The event will include live performances, stage acts and cosplay showcases.
Comic Con India, now in its 13th year, hosts multiple editions across Indian cities and brings together international and Indian pop culture brands, artists and communities.
