Equanimity Learning, an education-focused platform founded by Siddharth Rajgarhia and Gautam Rajgarhia, has launched a series of online courses designed to support educators, school leaders, and lifelong learners in developing reflective and future-ready teaching practices.
The new offerings emphasize emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and practical classroom strategies. Each course blends neuroscience-based insights, reflection exercises, and actionable tools aimed at helping teachers build confidence and connection in the learning environment.

According to Siddharth Rajgarhia, Co-Founder of Equanimity Learning, the initiative seeks to help educators strengthen their professional identity and adaptability. He stated that the courses are intended to “bring clarity and connection back to teaching” while encouraging continuous learning among teachers.
The platform’s course suite includes Teaching Essentials, Classroom Management, Habits of Highly Effective People, Professional Development, and Personal Development. The modules are self-paced and structured around real classroom contexts, allowing educators to apply learnings directly to their work.
Equanimity Learning also runs leadership and professional development programs such as Manthan, which includes leadership retreats and coaching sessions for school heads, and LearnLab, a monthly online training series for teachers.
The initiative aligns with a broader trend in education toward reflective practice, emotional resilience, and inclusive teaching. It aims to support educators in adapting to evolving learning needs while maintaining balance and purpose in their professional growth.
