SARC Global, a strategic advisory and consulting firm, has partnered with NODWIN Gaming, South Asia’s leading esports company, to accelerate the growth of India’s esports ecosystem.
The collaboration will focus on promoting tournaments, monetising NODWIN Gaming’s intellectual properties through sponsorships and subsidies, and driving esports-friendly policies with government stakeholders.
SARC Global will leverage its expertise in policy advocacy, investment facilitation, and cross-border partnerships to secure government support, especially as states like Maharashtra, Bihar, and Rajasthan introduce pro-gaming policies.
Sunil Kumar Gupta, Chairman of SARC Global, said, “This collaboration will create new commercial opportunities for esports and help build a sustainable ecosystem, aligned with the vision of PM Narendra Modi’s Viksit Bharat.”
Gautam Singh Virk, CEO of NODWIN Gaming, added, “This partnership is about bridging competitive gaming with the business and policy frameworks that will allow it to thrive. Together with SARC Global, we aim to create a future-ready esports industry in India.”
Rajendra Bagade, Senior Partner at SARC Global, noted, “With Maharashtra announcing a new digital gaming policy, SARC Global can play a pivotal role in bringing investment, mentoring talent, and identifying global partners.”
India’s esports industry is experiencing rapid growth, supported by the Online Gaming Act 2025 and increasing brand participation. The FICCI-EY 2025 report projects brand investments in esports to rise from 68 in 2024 to 75 in 2025, fuelled by larger tournaments, new titles, and deeper youth engagement.
By combining SARC Global’s policy and investment expertise with NODWIN Gaming’s leadership in esports and youth entertainment, the partnership aims to define the next chapter of India’s global esports journey.
