Dr. Vandana Singh Named ‘Logistics Visionary of the Year 2025’ at CargoNXT Recognitions

Dr. Vandana Singh, Chairperson of Aviation Cargo at the Federation of Aviation Industry India, has been honoured with the title of ‘Logistics Visionary of the Year 2025’ at the 4th edition of CargoNXT Recognitions, held at Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi.

The award, presented by General Manoj Pande (Retd.), Former Chief of Army Staff, acknowledges Dr. Singh’s transformative contributions to India’s logistics and aviation cargo sector. Her leadership has been pivotal in driving sustainable supply chain strategies, strengthening efficiency, and positioning India prominently in the global logistics ecosystem.

Addressing the gathering of over 300 delegates, 100+ CXOs, and 35+ industry leaders, Dr. Singh dedicated the honour to India’s armed forces. “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear. I dedicate this award to the brave men and women of our armed forces, who selflessly protect our nation,” she said.

She also emphasized the role of logistics in shaping India’s future: “Logistics is not merely about moving goods but about empowering economies, connecting people, and ensuring resilience in times of disruption.”

The CargoNXT Logistics & SCM Summit 2025, where the recognition was conferred, spotlighted innovation, automation, AI, smart supply chains, and sustainability. The event aligned with the government’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, reinforcing logistics as a cornerstone of India’s economic transformation.
