The Esports Federation of India (ESFI) has partnered with 8Bit Creatives, India’s premier esports consulting and talent management agency, for the WAVES Esports Championship 2025 (WESC25). This collaboration aims to enhance the event’s content creation and outreach, tapping into India’s expansive youth audience.
Organized by ESFI, WESC25 is a flagship initiative under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting’s “Create in India Challenges” as part of the prestigious World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES). It underscores the government’s commitment to bolstering the esports industry and creator economy in India.
With a roster featuring some of India’s leading gaming content creators like Naman Mathur (MortaL), Payal Dhare (PayalGaming), Raj Varma (Snax), and Kaashvi Hiranandani (KaashPlays), 8Bit Creatives will use their influence to amplify the event’s visibility. Their talents will engage audiences through hosting, fan interactions, and dynamic content, adding excitement to WESC25.
“WESC 2025 is a milestone for India’s esports ecosystem. Partnering with 8Bit Creatives will elevate the event’s reach and inspire young gamers,” said Mr. Lokesh Suji, Director of ESFI and Vice President of AESF.
Animesh Agarwal, CEO and Co-founder of 8Bit Creatives, added, “WAVES 2025 is a transformative moment for esports in India. Our collaboration showcases the immense potential of gaming as a career path, supported by innovative content and the government’s backing. Together, we’re shaping the future of esports.”
