Air India Express Adds Agartala to Its Network as 46th Destination, Operations Begin September

Air India Express announces the expansion of its network to include Agartala, Tripura, marking it as the airline’s 46th destination. The new route will feature daily direct flights connecting Agartala to Delhi, Kolkata, and Guwahati, beginning September 1, 2024. Bookings are now open on the airline’s award-winning mobile app and website, airindiaexpress.com, as well as other major booking channels.

The flight schedule is as follows:

  • Agartala to Guwahati: Departs at 11:50, arrives at 12:45 daily.
  • Guwahati to Agartala: Departs at 10:20, arrives at 11:20 daily.
  • Agartala to Kolkata: Departs at 09:20, arrives at 10:25 daily.
  • Kolkata to Agartala: Departs at 07:50, arrives at 08:50 daily.
  • Agartala to Delhi via Guwahati: Departs at 11:50, arrives at 16:05 daily.
  • Delhi to Agartala: Departs at 07:20, arrives at 11:20 daily.

Air India Express now connects Agartala to two direct destinations and eight one-stop destinations, including Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Kochi, Delhi, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, and Chennai. The airline operates 77 weekly flights from Guwahati, connecting it to eight direct destinations and offering one-stop itineraries to 20 domestic and four international destinations. From Kolkata, the airline has 124 weekly departures, linking 12 direct and 22 one-stop destinations.

Loyalty members booking via the airline’s website and app receive additional rewards, including discounts, up to 8% NeuCoins, and priority services. Special fares are also available for students, senior citizens, SMEs, and Indian armed forces members.
