Mumbai, September 30, 2024: CREDAI-MCHI, the governing body for real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, successfully hosted the “Redeveloping Mumbai: Ease of Doing Redevelopment (EODR)” exhibition at Jio Convention Centre. The event connected over 900 housing societies with more than 40 top developers to streamline the redevelopment process.
A key highlight was the launch of the “Ease of Doing Redevelopment Report,” a joint effort by CREDAI-MCHI and Hurun India. The report was unveiled by Shri Domnic Romell, President of CREDAI-MCHI, and Anas Rahman Junaid, Founder of Hurun India, offering insights into leading redevelopment companies in Mumbai.
Government officials including Ms. Valsa Nair (I.A.S.), Mr. Sanjeev Jaiswal (I.A.S.), and Mr. Gautam Chatterjee (Retd. I.A.S.) participated, emphasizing the need to simplify redevelopment procedures.
The exhibition featured a panel discussion with industry experts and provided housing societies with direct access to developers, legal experts, and consultants, offering comprehensive redevelopment solutions.
