CREDAI-MCHI Dronagiri Unit Highlights Development Potential of Uran and Dronagiri at Change of Guard Event

Mumbai, July 30, 2024 || The CREDAI-MCHI Dronagiri Unit recently held its first Change of Guard event, where leadership transitioned from Deep Rajpal to Rakesh Prajapati, the new Unit President. This event underscored the significant development potential of Dronagiri and Uran, key areas in Navi Mumbai’s growth.

Located in the Raigad district and adjacent to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), Dronagiri and Uran are strategically positioned for real estate investment. The areas are set to benefit from major infrastructure projects like the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) and the Mumbai-Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), which promise enhanced connectivity and economic growth.
