Ola Electric Expands Service Network; Inaugurates 600th Service Centre in Vadodara

Vadodara, July 14, 2024 – Ola Electric proudly announced the inauguration of its 600th service centre in Vadodara, Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in its effort to strengthen its service network across India and increase accessibility beyond Tier 1 cities. This newly inaugurated service centre is the largest in Gujarat. To commemorate this achievement, Ola Electric organized an all-day free scooter health check-up for all Ola S1 owners in Vadodara.

Earlier this year, Ola Electric had announced its ambitious plan to expand its service network to 600 centres and has successfully delivered on that promise. The addition of the Vadodara centre brings the total number of Ola Electric Service Centres in Gujarat to 44, significantly enhancing the after-sales and service experience for customers in the state.

Commenting on the milestone, an Ola spokesperson said, “With the inauguration of our service centre in Vadodara, Gujarat, we have delivered on the promise of expanding the service network from 400 to 600. At Ola, customer satisfaction and seamless ownership experience are our top priorities, and every new service centre we open is a testament to our commitment to customer centricity.”

Ola Electric offers an extensive S1 portfolio with six models catering to different customer needs at various price points. Recently, the company entered the mass-market segment with the S1 X portfolio, available in three battery configurations: 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh, priced at INR 74,999, INR 84,999, and INR 99,999, respectively. The premium offerings include the S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1 X+, priced at INR 1,29,999, INR 1,04,999, and INR 84,999, respectively.

To further enhance the ownership experience, Ola Electric offers an 8-year/80,000 km extended battery warranty for the entire range of products at no extra cost. Customers can also opt for an add-on warranty to increase the upper limit of the kilometres travelled up to 1,00,000 km at INR 4,999 and up to 1,25,000 km at INR 12,999.
