EE graduates design and develop electrical equipment such as motors, navigation systems, communication systems, and power generation equipment. Key career areas include controls engineering, project engineering, test engineering, telecommunications, renewable energy, automation, and robotics. In India, the average starting salary for an electrical engineer is around ₹4.5 lakhs per annum, with higher earnings potential based on experience and industry.

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) covers designing, developing, and implementing electronic systems and communication networks.
